Kiss Coconut (not going to fire)
- Ingredients
- 1 coconut (fresh) grated
- 1 / 4 cup of shredded coconut dry
- 1 / 4 cup of refined sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 drops of vanilla
- some Cloves
- sugar
- How to prepare:
- Mix everything very well (minus the last two ingredients), make balls, pass the sugar and stick Cloves as a garnish.
White Cocada
- Ingredients
- 1 coconut
- 1/2 k sugar
- How to prepare:
- With the water of the coconut and sugar syrup to make a point of folder. When removing from fire add the grated coconut, and beat until cool and pour in marble coated, smoothed with a knife to cut the mass into rectangles.
- Brown Cocada

- Ingredients

- 4 tea cups fresh grated coconut
- 1 can of condensed milk
- How to prepare:
- In a bowl, place the warm water, the vegetable fat, the yolk, the brandy, salt, and stir well. Add the wheat flour little by little, always mixing. Love to get a smooth mass. Cover the bowl and let rest for 15 minutes. In a floury surface, open the body and cut into strips.

Coconut candy
- Ingredients:
- 6 clear eggs
- 2 cups (for tea) sugar
- 1 spoon (tea) of vanilla
- 300 g shredded coconut
- How to prepare:
- Beat the egg whites well, add the sugar and beat more. Add the coconut and vanilla. Put in the form coated with oil and let rest for 10 minutes. Asse in moderate oven for a few minutes.
